You will be contacted if there is a cancellation.* \nIn this free\, in-person session\, participants will learn the basics about the pelvic floor and how pregnancy-related changes can lead to symptoms like bladder leaks (urinary incontinence)\, pelvic pressure\, or prolapse. We’ll talk about what’s normal\, what’s not\, and when to seek further assessment\, and we’ll go over evidence-based birth preparation strategies that support pelvic floor function during labour and delivery. \nThe session will be led Candace Mazur\, a Physical Therapist and Pelvic Health Therapist with The Joint Physiotherapy\, hosted in partnership with SASPCN. \nIdeal for: people in their second trimester of pregnancy\nPLEASE NOTE: due to space limitations\, attendance is restricted to registered participants only (i.e.\, no partners\, spouses\, children\, etc.) \nWhen: Wednesday\, April 22\, 2026\, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. \nWhere: St. Albert & Sturgeon PCN office in the St. Albert Centre (next to SportChek) \nCost: free\n(Registration required – if class is full\, email us at classes@saspcn.com and provide your name and cell phone number.
