FreeThis session is for adults who have been newly diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, or who would like to know more about their condition, including healthy eating and activity.
When: Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Where: St. Albert & Sturgeon PCN office in the St. Albert Centre (next to SportChek)
Cost: free (registration required – see below)
